2003 Norwich Native Daughter Libby Gordon Cohen earned her Bachelor of Arts, with honors, University of Connecticut, her Master’s Degree from The Sage Colleges in Special Education, and her Ed.D., Special Education from Boston University.
She’s had over 20 peer reviewed articles in publications including, Journal of Rural Special Education, Rural Special Education Quarterly, Journal of Education for Teaching, Learning & Leading with Technology, Research in Science Education, Journal of Policy and Practice in Intellectual Disabilities, Journal of Visual Impairment and Blindness and British Journal of Visual Impairment.
