It is with great sadness to announce the passing last evening of Norwich Rotarian Dr. Joel L. Etra. Joel was a Speech-Language Pathologist and ran a practice in Norwich for many years. He fought health issues bravely over the past 5 years and continued to attend Rotary meetings with the help of his beloved wife Roz right up to a couple months ago. He was an exemplary Rotarian. Joel served as President and was a Paul Harris Fellow. There will be a service for Joel on Sunday November 19th at the Beth Jacob Synagogue, 400 New London Turnpike in Norwich at 1pm. Please make every effort to attend and pay your respects to a wonderful man who will be greatly missed.
